[April 2015] One of the many things on which we pride ourselves at CuroGens is the extremely talented team we’ve put together to make every project and implementation top-notch. We believe strongly in continuing education to keep ourselves innovative and in the forefront of the Microsoft technologies we use.
Altogether, more than 20 members of the CuroGens team have taken and passed 77 Microsoft Partner exams. Most recently, several team members became Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Certified. This certification ensures the ability to accomplish technical tasks including sales management concepts, manage leads, apply service management, manage service cases, work with service scheduling, and analyze and report on service management. Essentially, it allows us to sharpen our customer service skills and make certain that our clients are always the happy campers we strive so hard for them to be.
